The idea that thinking can be controlled is ludicrous to us, its a series of electrical impulses and chemical messages. At best it can be filtered, but we don’t have those filters, because we’re not NT. NT people like to pretend that filtering means they don’t have bad thoughts though which makes things harder for us.

Some person: You can control and choose your thoughts and identity, you don’t have to just identify with things and think things.

Us: Are you for real? That sounds completely fake.

Neurotypicals: You have the CHOICE to be HAPPY OR SAD and CONTROL over your own thoughts. CHOOSE to be HAPPY and then you’ll be GOOD it’s NOT THAT HARD

An especially magnificent unicorn of shit is people saying people making a drawing is child grooming.

As a survivor this is probably one of the most fucked and offensive things we end up having to read on this site… shit reading similar is part of what fucked up our sexuality as a kid and people looking to groom us used that shame.

Groomers love to use shame, so any time you induce it you’re helping them — and children and their sexualities are even more prone to that shame. So, if you kinkshame we hold you directly responsible for some of our experiences being groomed and molested as a child, end of story.

We “love” how people go to enormous weird lengths to make something out to be morally objectionable, to the point that literally the only way to be moral as a human is to die.

People on this site are very out of whack about a lot of things and very much hate survivors and mentally ill people. They try to say be supportive, but the actual discourse is destructive, so it doesn’t mean anything.
